MARCO SUAREZ

Marco Suarez, President and CEO, is one of the founders of the company. He holds a C-39 roofing license as well as a C-46 solar license. Marco has more than 20 years of direct experience with roofing and solar.

DEWAINE DENNIS

Dewaine Dennis, Vice President and CFO, is also a founder.  Dewaine has more than 26 years of experience in solar.  Dewaine worked for solar manufacturers in his early career and has a long history of system design.  Dewaine holds a Masters in Physics and Mathematics and understands the workings of solar from sand-to-silicon to how solar panels produce electric power.

CARLOS VEGA

Carlos Vega, COO, has been with ASE for 10 years and is an owner as well. In addition to his extensive experience with design and installation, he also has more than 20 years experience as an HVAC electrician. Carlos holds a C-10 electrical license as well as affiliation with the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners.
